At CalDigit we have a passion of making products that enrich your digital life. If for any reason the CalDigit product you bought does not perform up to your satisfaction and our friendly staff is not able to resolve your concerns, we are happy to take it back.

CalDigit Online Store customers have 45 days to return any undamaged items along with all the accessories and original packaging for a full refund less any S&H fees. Customers are responsible for return freight back to CalDigit warehouse locations.

To return an item, your order must meet the following criteria:

- Product must have been purchased from the CalDigit Online Store.

- Customer must request for a refund within 45 days of the invoice date.

- Product must be undamaged and in the same condition as it was purchased.

Please email CalDigit RMA department: eusupport@CalDigit.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the item back to us.  CalDigit does not accept returns that have not been authorized in advance and the item will be returned to you.

The customer is responsible to make sure that the item is returned to CalDigit in good condition. CalDigit is not responsible for any returns that do not arrive at CalDigit that are either lost or damaged. We recommend that returned items are sent back to CalDigit with a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking capabilities such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. 

If CalDigit deems the item to be damaged you will not receive a refund and the item will be returned to you.

 

Pre-Orders

From time to time, the CalDigit Online Store sells pre-orders for pre-release items. CalDigit strives to ship the items within the time-frame indicated on the online store item page. However, there may be instances when the pre-order item is delayed or cancelled. In the case of a cancellation the customer is entitled to a full refund.

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

CalDigit, in its sole discretion, may refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. CalDigit may also require additional information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order that was placed on caldigit.com we will provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify CalDigit's acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We are simply confirming that we received your order. CalDigit reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If CalDigit cancels an order after you have already been billed, CalDigit will refund the full billed amount.

 

Shipping Terms

All stock is located in the United Kingdom, and ships directly from our warehouse to you.

- We ship to all European Union countries, and also Norway and Switzerland.

- If your order is placed before noon, Monday to Friday, we try to ship the same day. However, during peak times we may be unable to ship on the same day.

- All orders have a €9,99 delivery charge.

- All orders ship with DHL Express.

- You will receive tracking information for your shipment once it has shipped.

- If you have ordered an item that is on "Pre-Order", the order will ship once we receive stock.

Customs

- Anyone ordering on the CalDigit EU store will have to pay VAT (charged at your local rate) and any import charges before delivery. DHL will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of these fees.

The CalDigit Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale. If you are a reseller or distributor contact our sales team (eusales@CalDigit.com).

 

Availability

There may be occasions when CalDigit confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, CalDigit will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

While we try to fulfil orders as soon as possible, most in stock items will ship within 48 hours. For urgent orders, please contact CalDigit customer support for accurate shipping estimates.
