Shipping policy

All stock is located in the United Kingdom, and ships directly from our warehouse to you.

- All the items sold on the CalDigit EU store are located and shipped from the United Kingdom, which is no longer part of the European Union. As the products are shipped from outside of the EU, the prices shown on the CalDigit EU store exclude tax (VAT).

If you purchase from the CalDigit EU store you will later be contacted by DHL via email to pay any customs duties or taxes that are to be collected by your local government before the items will be released and delivered to you.

- We ship to all European Union countries, and also Norway and Switzerland.

- If your order is placed before noon, Monday to Friday, we try to ship the same day. However, during peak times we may be unable to ship on the same day.

- All orders have a €9,99 delivery charge.

- All orders ship with DHL Express.

- You will receive tracking information for your shipment once it has shipped.

- If you have ordered an item that is on "Pre-Order", the order will ship once we receive stock.
